The Role
We are seeking a Litigation Associate (2–4 years of experience) to join our growing litigation team. This role is ideal for an associate with strong foundational training in general commercial litigation who is looking to transition into a more collaborative, high-impact environment.
You will work closely with senior partners on a range of commercial matters, gaining meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure, and hands-on experience across the full litigation lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Draft substantive motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda
- Manage discovery, including document review and production strategy
- Support depositions, case strategy, and overall matter management
- Collaborate closely with partners and other team members across matters
- Engage directly with clients and contribute to strategic decision-making
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in general commercial litigation
- Training from a top law firm (AmLaw 100 or strong litigation platform)
- Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
- Experience across the litigation lifecycle (drafting, discovery, case management)
- Strong work ethic, sound judgment, and ability to take ownership of work
- Demonstrated stability and professional growth
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
We are not targeting candidates with highly specialized backgrounds (e.g., IP or white collar), but rather those with broad commercial litigation experience.
