M.A.J. Law Firm is seeking a motivated and passionate immigration attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration COURT.
Ability to advocate and represent our client in immigration courts.
Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated passion for advocating on behalf of clients in immigration matters.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal representation in various immigration cases, including asylum, removal defense, family-based immigration, and more.
Prepare and file legal documents related to immigration petitions and applications.
Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies.
Represent clients in immigration court and before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
Stay current on changes in immigration laws and policies.
