Educational
Qualifications:
LLB & LLM from a Tier 1 Law College in India .
Experience:
Minimum 4-5 years of
hands-on experience
in core litigation . Residency Requirement:
Must be based in West Delhi or South-West Delhi .
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting plaints, suits, writ petitions, and other legal documents with
precision
and clarity. Representing clients in District Courts and the High Court , ensuring diligent legal
advocacy
. Handling court hearings, client interactions, and case preparations on a daily basis. Managing legal research, strategizing litigation approaches, and ensuring timely filing of documents.
