Location: Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the disputes and litigation of the company’s following channels:
Partnership Distribution – respective syariah units, corporate solutions and credit life. - Advising the company on the litigation risks of possible business decisions.
- Representing the company for any disputes and litigation.
- Handling legal questions related to customer complaints and claims derived from the company’s following channels.
- Preparing and reviewing draft operation-related agreements.
- Supervising the work of the legal counsel (General Matter) in the review and finalization of general contracts of the company.
- Assisting the HR department in handling legal questions related to employee complaints and disputes and finalizing HR Policies, including the company regulation.
- Developing and maintaining strong contracts with the regulator for any issues related to litigation, customer complaints and labor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Law from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in legal dept/reputable law firms/Insurance
