The Role
You will work on the full lifecycle of listed and regulated funds, advising both domestic and international clients on transactional and advisory matters. This includes working on new fund launches, ongoing governance and structuring issues, and engaging with regulators and exchanges where required. You’ll collaborate with internal teams across tax, regulatory, and corporate to deliver integrated client solutions. Requirements Qualified solicitor with 2 years’ PQE , ideally with experience in listed or regulated funds.
Strong drafting,
communication
, and
project management
skills. Familiarity with the fund lifecycle, relevant regulatory frameworks, and tax considerations. Commercial mindset and enthusiasm for working on technically complex matters. Strong academic background and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
