As a Licensing Assistant, you will support the Licensing Section in securing essential permits from the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), including Development Permits, Certificates of Registration and License to Sell, and Alteration Permits.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Legal Management or any Business-related courses.
- Must be good in drafting and making different types of letters / documents.
- Must be keen on details.
- Must be flexible in handling pressure-related tasks.
