Duties
Handle third-party liability insurance coverage defense and consulting cases.
Provide legal analysis and advice regarding insurance coverage issues.
Represent clients in insurance coverage disputes and other relevant cases.
Collaborate with a team of attorneys on complex insurance coverage matters.
Attend court appearances, depositions, and other legal proceedings as necessary.
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in liability insurance coverage defense and consulting.
Active Illinois law license.
Indiana and/or Wisconsin license is a plus.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Additional bar admissions in Indiana and/or Wisconsin (preferred).
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
