Consumer Attorney Marketing Group (“CAMG”) is a California based media agency that combines media buying expertise, industry experience and intensive analytics to deliver the most effective TV, radio, and digital campaigns for the legal industry. We are currently accepting applications for Sales Executives to work remotely. These positions will join our world-class, industry-leading sales & service team.

We are hiring employees to work remotely from their own home in California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Florida, Alabama, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. This position will require travel10-15% of the time to client sites, as necessary, as well as trade shows and conferences.

Summary/Objective

The Sales Executive is an excellent communicator with the ability to speak and write clearly and concisely. Effective candidates are a self-starters with a demonstrated ability in cold-calling, follow-up, and closing deals. We value individuals who are fearless, coachable, and able to deliver desired results. A successful Sales Executive is one who is interested in real, lifestyle-changing compensation as a reward for their efforts in driving business. Legal industry experience is always helpful. Experienced sales executives with deep roots and existing contacts within the legal industry are preferred candidates.

Essential Job Functions

Engage in appropriate business development activities, practices and events to develop, maintain and expand beneficial relationships with potential clients/customers.
Compile and utilize lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.
Keep accurate, updated client information maintained in Sales Force.
Understand the market and competitor’s services, capabilities and marketing activities.
Actively promote new business services in addition to established offerings.
Initiate and manage engagement opportunities for meeting with potential clients.
Expand business relationships with existing clients.
Develop and deliver presentations, marketing materials concepts and proposals to potential clients.
Refer opportunities for growth in services to other personnel as appropriate.
Assist other business development personnel when requested.
Enlist others within the organization, as needed, to achieve effective marketing engagements.
Maintain network of professional contacts.
Demonstrate ability and enthusiasm for driving new business agenda/initiatives.
Constantly strive to raise the agency’s profile in the industry and prospective client community.
Keep management aware of ongoing business development activities and potential new areas for business development/expansion (pipeline).
Contact and visit prospects to point out advantages of Direct Response advertising, using prepared samples.
Present and negotiate rates with client as needed.
Collect and/or supervise collection of delinquent accounts, as needed and as directed.
Attend legal industry trade shows as assigned and approved.

Requirements

Legal Industry Sales experience is required.
Experience in direct response media is ideal.
Proficiency in Salesforce software application required.
Exhibits ideas-driven nature with an entrepreneurial mind-set.
Proven record of success creating leads and prospects.
Demonstrated track record of driving revenue as an individual while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Effective presentation skills required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other technical suites.
Understanding of advertising/media industry is beneficial to success.
BA/BS degree preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $500,000.00 per year
