About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, AI-native Legal & Wealth Structuring Associate to join our special execution team reporting directly to the Chief of Staff / Compliance Officer. In this role, you will work on complex cross-border asset protection, foundation models, and capital-raising mandates for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities (Job Scope)
- Structure Execution: Draft, review, and finalize multi-jurisdictional holding structures, including Labuan Foundations, Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), and private trust frameworks.
- Deal & Capital Raising Documentation: Prepare initial drafts of Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), term sheets, escrow agreements, and subscription documentation.
- AI-Driven Legal Research: Leverage advanced AI research tools and legal models to rapidly analyze regulatory frameworks, cross-border tax considerations, and statutory guidelines.
- Regulatory Navigation: Work closely with compliance to map clear execution pathways under Labuan IBFC legislation and international wealth management guidelines.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Identify legal and operational bottlenecks independently, delivering structured options and recommendations directly to executive leadership.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB).
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in corporate legal practice, Big 4 tax/legal advisory, or offshore wealth structuring.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong grasp of corporate law, contract drafting, and general exposure to offshore financial center regulations (Labuan IBFC preferred).
- AI Fluency: High proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, legal tech platforms) to accelerate drafting and research workflows.
- Mindset: Meticulous, highly autonomous, and driven by execution speed with minimal need for direct supervision.
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken English with precise legal drafting skills.
