Plaintiff personal injury law firm located in Palm Beach Gardens seeking a reliable full-time BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) pre-litigation legal assistant or paralegal.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Client contact.
· Drafting correspondence.
· Handling property damage claims.
· Screening potential new clients.
· Contact with insurance companies.
· Interview witnesses.
· Requesting medical records and bills.
· Preparing demands.
· Maintain calendars and deadlines for case-related activities.
Qualifications:
· Legal experience required.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. simultaneously.
· Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
· Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.
· Be reliable and a team player.
