Role Description
This is a volunteer role for a Legal Trustee at Julia’s House Children’s Hospices. The Legal Trustee will utilise their legal expertise to provide support and guidance of the legal aspects of charity guidance and also oversee the Charity’s corporate governance and company secretarial functions.
Qualifications
Legal background or experience in law
Knowledge of legal regulations and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Experience in the healthcare or non-profit sector is a plus
Dedication to the mission and values of Julia’s House Children’s Hospices
Availability to commit to the responsibilities of a Trustee
