Role Overview:
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and help shape legal operations of the future.
• Lead and manage transformation projects for legal departments, law firms, and compliance
teams
• Advise clients on legal process optimization, digitalization, and technology implementation
• Design and implement customized legal service delivery models and operating frameworks
• Translate legal requirements into practical, tech-enabled solutions in collaboration with
legal engineers and developers
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and stakeholders
• Prepare and facilitate workshops, trainings, and stakeholder meetings
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in legal operations, legal consulting, or transformation projects
• Strong understanding of legal workflows, in-house legal department structures, or law firm
operations
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Strategic mindset with hands-on implementation skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluency in German and English
• Law degree, business/legal tech background, or relevant consulting experience preferred
