Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Legal Technologist. The Legal Technologist will be responsible for addressing legal issues, preparing legal documents, and offering expert legal consulting. Additional responsibilities include researching legal frameworks relevant to specific projects, ensuring compliance, and maintaining clear and professional communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and Legal Issues, with a solid understanding of legal terms and processes
- Demonstrated experience in Legal Consulting and advising on compliance requirements
- Skills in Legal Document Preparation and review
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills to interact effectively with teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Experience working with technology or AI-driven legal tools is a plus
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualifications preferred
