What You’ll Do:
Lead high-impact cases in personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death, from intake to resolution (settlement/jury trial).
Manage a diverse range of civil matters, including both litigation and non-litigation cases.
Skillfully guide clients through depositions, discovery, negotiations, mediations, and trials.
Draft compelling legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
Occasionally support the firm in making court appearances on criminal defense matters, adding variety to your practice.
Take charge of cases with confidence, showcasing your expertise and strategic thinking.
What We’re Looking For:
A licensed attorney with significant experience in personal injury and medical malpractice.
Proven success in handling complex wrongful death and civil litigation cases.
Exceptional skills in legal writing, negotiation, and client communication.
Ability to independently manage cases from start to finish.
Comfort with a hybrid work model (remote + in-office).
Bonus: An existing client base you’d like to bring to a dynamic new firm.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
