Qualifications:
The candidates shall have;
- Bachelor degree in law from a reputable university (LLM is an asset),
- 3-7 years of post-qualification experience at a reputable law firm (preferably) or a holding company,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Solid knowledge of relevant areas of law, particularly contracts law, corporate law and financing transactions (corporate lending, project finance, bonds), experience in relevant industries is plus,
- Strong interpersonal skills and passion to be a part of complex legal work in a diverse and cross-functional working environment,
- Well-organized, punctual and eager to learn,
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and analytical thinking,
- Resident in İstanbul.
Job Description:
- Prepare and review a variety of contracts ensuring alignment with the company's requirements, priorities, and interests,
- Analyzing and identifying legal risks and implications,
- Carry out corporate governance procedures related to the Group Companies’ general/daily operation (General Assembly documentation, Board resolutions, corporate restructuring transactions),
- Advise on the legal aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions such as tenders, projects, M&As, financing arrangements and any other legal issues of the Group Companies,
- Assisting the senior team members with all legal issues related with Group Companies.
