Legal Talent Sourcer
The LDM Group LLC is seeking experienced Legal Talent Sourcers to support an anticipated Federal Government human resources recruitment effort.
We are looking for strong sourcers who know how to find and engage attorneys and experienced legal professionals, including candidates who may not be actively looking for new opportunities.
Required Experience
Substantive experience sourcing attorneys and legal professionals is REQUIRED.
Priority experience includes sourcing:
- Attorneys and senior legal professionals
- Federal and state government attorneys
- Prosecutors
- Experienced litigators
- Administrative-law attorneys
- Judicial or adjudicative professionals
- Appellate attorneys
- Judicial law clerks/former clerks
- Immigration-law professionals
- JAG/military attorneys
- Senior public-sector legal professionals
Qualifications
- Professional sourcing or recruiting experience
- Direct attorney/legal sourcing experience
- Strong Boolean search skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, legal directories, professional associations, alumni networks, or similar resources
- Experience identifying passive candidates
- Ability to build talent pools and prospect lists
- Strong attention to detail and candidate tracking
- Experience using ATS/CRM systems
Work Environment
- 100% Remote – U.S. based
- Must be available during Federal Government business hours, including Eastern Time Zone hours
- Government background investigation/security screening required
