Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated attorneys to join our team as Deputy District Attorneys. This role provides an unparalleled opportunity to gain significant hands-on experience in criminal prosecution. As a Deputy District Attorney, you will handle a variety of cases, including misdemeanor and felony matters, from arraignment to trial.

Key Responsibilities
Prosecute criminal cases, including reviewing reports, filing charges, and preparing for trials.
Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other court documents.
Represent the People of the State of California in all phases of criminal proceedings.
Collaborate with law enforcement, victims, and other stakeholders to ensure justice is served.
Participate in community outreach and public safety initiatives.
Qualifications
Licensed to practice law in the State of California and in good standing with the California State Bar.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Excellent communication and courtroom advocacy skills.
Commitment to ethical and professional conduct.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Competitive Salary: Starting at approximately $105,000, commensurate with experience.
Retention Bonuses:
· New hires receive a $5,000 bonus at the start of their employment, with the expectation of remaining in the role for one year. If the full year is not completed, the bonus must be returned on a pro rata basis.
· A second $5,000 bonus is offered at the beginning of the second year under the same terms.
