The Law Office of Ligori & Ligori is looking for the next super litigator who will start in our First Party Windshield Department with the ability to learn and train how to handle Bodily Injury cases. As soon as candidates can handle pre-suit BI cases they will be assigned 5-10 cases. The candidate must handle windshield cases from litigation, through trial and collections. We have a very thorough training problem to help develop young lawyers to be great BI litigators.
Qualifications:
The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience litigating civil cases. The candidate must have a great grasp of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and the Florida Evidence Code. The candidate must be aggressive, detailed, dedicated, and hard-working.
The candidate must have experience with depositions, and hearings and participate in trials.
Juris Doctorate and Florida Bar Admission in good standing.
Salary & Benefits:
The range of pay is a base pay of $125,000 per year plus up to $300,000 commission on all windshield and BI cases settled and fees collected. The details will be discussed during the interview for the commission structure. The commission is based per year depending on the candidate’s performance, work ethic, and fees generated. The candidate has the potential to make at least $300,000.00 per year.
$100,000.00 life insurance policy paid by the Firm.
1-week vacation after six months of employment, 2 weeks vacation after one year of employment, and three 3 weeks of vacation after two years of employment with the law firm.
6 federal holidays off per year.
6 personal/sick days per year.
