LEGAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST Jobs in Arkadelphia, AR at State of Arkansas
Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, a private, non-profit law firm is seeking a full-time Ask A Lawyer Liaison for its Pro Bono Project. This position supports the Pro Bono’s various ask-a-lawyer programs under the Pro bono Project. Under supervision of the Pro Bono Director, the Ask A Lawyer Liaison acts as an intermediary for volunteer attorneys and Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada. Duties of this position include the following:
Recruit attorneys to provide free telephonic consultations to members of the community in all areas of law legal aid center covers. Manage client signups; handle client expectations to ensure clients sign up for the correct session and refer to resources. Work with community partners including the local law school to allow law students to participate. Input volunteer AAL hours in our case management system. Manage attorney enrollment in our case management system. Complete administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience with recruitment, Nevada Courts, legal terminology and office procedures.
Must have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient with word, excel and outlook software programs. Must be detail oriented, multi-tasker and able to handle a fast pace environment. Bilingual preferred but not necessary.

· Enjoys being a part of a great team of caring individuals. Loves challenges, dislikes being bored, and believes drama and gossip belong at the movies or at brunch, not at work.
Starting salary range is $39,000.00-$52,000.00 yearly dependent upon experience with annual increases available.
