About the Role
Levi & Korsinsky LLP, a leading plaintiffs’ litigation firm, is seeking a highly organized and dependable Legal Support Administrator to join our Manhattan office. This is a full-time, in-person role supporting attorneys and staff in a fast-paced litigation environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics
- Assist with document management, filing, and overall office organization
- Draft, proofread, and format correspondence and legal documents
- Coordinate internal and external communications with professionalism
- Support special projects and handle ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in a legal support, administrative, or similar role (law firm experience strongly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Paralegal certification is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel); experience with legal software/document management systems is a plus
- Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and reliability
- Ability to work full-time, in-office in Manhattan
