Job Summary
The Legal Supervisor of the Export Division oversees the day-to-day legal operations and compliance activities related to the company's international trade activities. Key responsibilities include reviewing export contracts, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, intellectual property matters, supporting legal disputes, and developing compliance policies.
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively conduct reviews and inspections to ensure compliance with all relevant matters related to the company's export activities.
- Assist the Department Head in participating in litigation-related activities and resolving legal disputes related to import/export issues (if any).
- Research, update and systematize legal documents related to export activities.
- Build relationships with relevant associations/government management agencies in the supervised field.
- Proactively propose new and innovative solutions to serve the control and compliance assessment of the company's export activities.
