Job Summary
The Legal Supervisor (Commercial) provides legal advice, drafts and negotiates contracts, manages litigation matters, ensures regulatory compliance, and advises on trade promotion, tax, and customs matters to mitigate legal risks and support business operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Commercial & Corporate Contract Advisory (35%)
- Provide legal advice and practical solutions to business functions on civil, commercial, service, and labor-related contracts.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and revise contracts and other legal documents in accordance with Company policies and applicable laws.
- Conduct legal risk assessments and recommend appropriate mitigation measures before contract execution.
- Litigation & Dispute Resolution (10%)
- Participate in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution proceedings arising from contractual matters as assigned.
- Coordinate with external counsels and relevant stakeholders to protect the Company's legal interests.
- Tender Support (5%)
B. Trade Promotion Compliance (20%)
- Review and execute legal procedures relating to promotion notifications and promotion registrations.
- Ensure all promotional programs comply with applicable laws and internal requirements.
- Prepare legal reports and documentation for promotional activities upon request from Trade, Sales Operations, and Brand teams.
C. Tax & Customs Advisory (10%)
- Provide legal advice on tax and customs matters arising from business operations.
- Support government inspections, audits, and investigations relating to tax and customs regulations.
D. General Legal Support (10%)
