We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Affidavit Writer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for drafting clear, precise, and legally sound affidavits that support legal proceedings. You will work closely with attorneys and clients to ensure all statements are well-structured and aligned with legal standards.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Draft and format affidavits, declarations, and legal statements
✅ Conduct client interviews to collect relevant case details
✅ Translate complex information into structured and compelling legal narratives
✅ Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with legal requirements
✅ Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to refine documents
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Strong writing and editing skills, with keen attention to detail
✔️ Experience in legal drafting, documentation, or related fields
✔️ Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear, structured statements
✔️ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
✔️ Bilingual proficiency (if required for the role)
