Package: Up to 35,000,000 VND Net/month + Transportation Allowance (500k VND) + Paid Overtime

⏰ Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
ABOUT COMPANY
Our client is a leading commercial real estate developer from Japan, well-established across Asia and actively expanding major commercial projects in Vietnam. We are looking for a Legal Staff to support corporate legal matters and operational compliance for project companies in Hanoi.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Corporate Legal: Monitor and execute corporate procedures (enterprise/investment registrations, sub-licenses), draft resolutions/decisions/minutes, and manage periodic state reporting.
- Project & Operations Compliance: Manage land lease, environmental, IP certificates, and legal documentation for project/building operations; advise on operational legal issues.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial lease/sublease agreements, service contracts, and procurement agreements.
- Dispute & State Authority Handling: Assist in state inspections, dispute resolution (tenants, contractors, vendors), and coordinate with external law firms.
- Internal Advisory: Provide legal guidance to Building Management and BoD, draft internal regulations, and conduct compliance training.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law from top-tier universities (Hanoi Law University, HCM Law University, or VNU Law School).
- Experience: 27–35 years old; solid experience in corporate legal, contract drafting, and operational compliance (Real Estate / Retail / Property Management background is a plus).
- Languages: Fluency in English (Japanese skills are a plus).
- Soft Skills: Strong logical thinking, business-oriented legal mindset, careful, honest, and proactive team player.
