Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a reputable university.
3–5 years of professional legal experience, preferably in the laboratory, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors, or at a law firm serving clients in those industries.
Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
Strong legal analysis skills and excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, high integrity, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Controlling and managing legal documents and company assets.
Providing legal opinions related to various legal and business matters of the company.
Reviewing legal contracts, cooperation agreements, and other legal documents aligned with company needs.
Managing the administration of agreements, permits, assets, contracts, and company legalities.
Assisting in the execution and documentation of General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) and Board of Directors meetings.
