Requirement :
-Bachelor of law from reputable university;-
at least 1-2 years of working experience;
-Relevant experience and knowledge in payment service is an advantage;
-Governmental regulatory, including licensing experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities :
-Drafting and review various agreement such as NDA, MOU, agreement with merchants, partner, and other kind of documents or agreements as needed;
-Deliver legal assistance to other teams;
-if necessary, carry out licensing task related to OSS and any other relevant governmental institutions.
