YOUR ROLEAs the Legal Specialist, you will play a critical role in proactively supporting legal operations across multiple business units, professional functions, and sub-business units within Henkel. Your key responsibilities will include :
Offering sound legal advice to various stakeholders, helping to navigate complex legal matters, and ensuring alignment with business goals and Henkel Corporate Standards.
Negotiating, preparing, and reviewing contracts to ensure compliance and safeguard Henkel’s interests.
Managing external disputes and overseeing litigation matters, working closely with external counsel where needed.
Identifying opportunities to enhance legal workflows and processes, streamlining operations for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
