The Compliers is hiring on behalf of a client — a leading marketing technology company with a global presence and registered offices in Delhi NCR. This is a full-time, remote position supporting the client’s in-house legal and business functions.
Primary responsibilities
• Review, redlining and negotiation support on Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), NDAs and other commercial agreements
• Review of vendor, partner and technology licensing agreements
• Drafting and maintaining standard contract templates
• Legal support through the course of negotiations with clients and partners
• Review of provisions relating to liability, indemnity, intellectual property, confidentiality, data privacy and payment obligations
• Support on contract management and ongoing compliance matters
Secondary responsibilities
• Employment and HR-related legal advisory
• Appointment letters, consultancy agreements and employment contracts
• HR policy review and labour law compliance
• Corporate compliance and general legal advisory
Working requirement
The selected candidate will work closely with the People & Culture, Finance and leadership teams, and is expected to deliver timely, practical and commercially grounded advice under professional supervision & guidance of The Compliers.
Essential qualifications
- Law graduate with 2–4 years’ full-time post-qualification experience
- Prior experience handling commercial contracts and corporate compliance in a corporate setting
- Demonstrable command of contract drafting and review — a non-negotiable requirement for this role
- Professional proficiency in written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal skills
- Time management, accountability and clear ownership of workstreams
- Bar license is preferred however not essential
