Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Legal Specialist role based in Jeddah. The Legal Specialist will review, draft, and manage legal documents and contracts related to the company’s retail operations and partnerships. The role includes providing legal consulting and guidance to internal stakeholders, identifying and addressing legal issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Legal Specialist will collaborate with various departments, communicate legal risks and recommendations, and support the development of policies and procedures that protect the company’s interests.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law and experience handling Legal Issues in a corporate or retail environment
- Proficiency in Legal Consulting, including advising internal teams and management on legal matters
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation, such as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification; membership in a recognized legal body is an advantage
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations applicable to retail and commercial activities in Jeddah and Saudi Arabia
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple legal tasks and deadlines
- High ethical standards, professionalism, and ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
