Job Overview:
The ideal candidates will have exceptional critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong aptitude for analysing and distilling complex derivative transactions and reviewing playbooks for collateral enforceability and netting. This role requires precision, the ability to work independently, and the capability to collaborate effectively within a team. Candidates must be available to work on-site 5 days a week and be able to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze derivative transactions and apply fact sets to playbooks to make netting and collateral enforceability determinations.
- Communicate findings clearly and concisely to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and update data reference points and perform data analytics with a view to find optimisation solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in derivative products, legal netting and collateral enforceability or a related field.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Immediate availability is required.
Location: On-site in Bangalore, 5 days a week.
