We are looking for experienced legal professionals specialising in Malaysia IP & Patent Law to support an international Legal Research & Analysis Project.

- Malaysia Intellectual Property & Patent Law
- ️ CNIPA rules, standards & procedures
- Patent prosecution & examination
- Patentability & prior-art analysis
- ⚖️ Inventive-step analysis
- Patent claims & specification drafting
- Patent infringement & validity research
- patent legislation, regulations & judicial decisions
Who Can Apply?
- Licensed Attorney/Legal Practitioner, JD/LL.M. graduate, Senior Legal Researcher or experienced Paralegal
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong practical experience with Malaysia Patent Law and CNIPA procedures
- Experience in patent prosecution, patent research, claims drafting or patent analysis
- Strong legal research, statutory interpretation & citation-verification skills
- Mandarin proficiency required
- Professional English is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Commitment: 35 hours/week

Experience: 3+ years
Selected experts will conduct malaysia legal and patent research, analyse CNIPA materials, review patent-related documents, verify legal authorities, and prepare accurate, jurisdiction-specific research outputs.
