Manpower Croatia is seeking an experienced and motivated Legal Representative/Senior Legal Representative for its client, who will take on a key role in managing legal processes, representing in court proceedings, and ensuring business compliance with relevant regulations.

Job Description:
Independently handling key tasks related to claims processing.
Representing the company in court cases.
Monitoring legislative changes, adjusting procedures in court processes, and regressing cases.
Analyzing the resolution of claims in court proceedings and regress cases.
Participating in the oversight and analysis of legal counsel performance.
Monitoring and controlling claims processing in court proceedings, regressing cases, and working on process improvements.
Participating in and supervising the calculation of claims reserves in court proceedings and regress cases.
Maintaining records of hearings in internal applications and court cases and linking court cases and claims related to the same event via applications and documentation.
Requirements:
University degree in Law.
Passed bar exam.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach and goal-oriented mindset.
Valid category B driver’s license.
