Requirements
4 years of experience providing advice to private and/or public sector entities
Main tasks
Preparation of contracts and provision of services, as well as compliance with labor legislation
Advice on the company’s own activities as a Digital Certification Entity and provider of trusted services, in accordance with Law 527 of 1999, Decrees 2364 of 2012 and 333 of 2014, ONAC guidelines and other applicable regulations. to Digital Certification Entities
Advice on civil and commercial relations carried out by the company, such as preparation of nominated and unnamed contracts, compliance with obligations as a company, monitoring the compliance of suppliers, among others. Advice on intellectual property aspects is also included.
Accompaniment to the entity in the most relevant public and private contracting processes, verification of pre-contractual documents, preparation of observations addressed to the contracting entity and presentation of offers
Contractual provisions of the entity
Attend the entry of judicial and prejudicial processes and actions where Camerfirma is a party or third party.
