Our client, a major leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Legal Specialist to manage local legal matters and report directly to the Head of Legal and Compliance. This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously in a compact team environment, with the flexibility of remote work and a focus on work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- – Review and amend contracts in Japanese and English
- – Consult on legal issues and propose solutions
- – Engage and supervise external law firms
- – Handle litigation with external law firms
- – Plan and execute internal legal processes
Qualifications:
- – 3+ years' experience in international company in Japan
- – High level of English proficiency
- – Experience with Japanese legal system and regulations
- – Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations
- – Ability to collaborate with external law firms
- – Experience in contract management

- 内部法務プロセスの計画・実施
応募資格:
- 日本国内の外資系企業での3年以上の実務経験
- 高い英語力
- 日本の法制度および規制に関する知識
- 製薬業界の規制に関する理解
- 外部法律事務所との協力経験
- 契約管理の経験
