The Role
We're seeking dynamic, motivated independent contractors to source exceptional legal talent for our client firms. In this role, you'll be the first voice connecting with attorneys—calling prospects, qualifying candidates, understanding their career goals, and opening doors to opportunities with our network of top-tier law firms.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outreach calls to attorneys in target markets and practice areas
• Build and maintain relationships with potential placements
• Maintain organized records of calls, outreach, and candidate interactions
• Collaborate with our recruiting team to understand current openings and firm needs
About You
• JD preferred (or equivalent legal recruiting/law firm experience)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Reliable access to phone, internet, and quiet workspace
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
