About the Role:
Position: General Liability Associate Attorney
Experience: 0-10 years (preference for defense litigation experience)
Practice Areas: Motor Vehicle Tort, General Liability, Premises Liability, and Construction Litigation
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage cases from initiation to resolution
Analyze evidence and draft case strategies
Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and experts
Conduct legal research and draft briefs
Oversee the discovery process and prepare for trial
Qualifications:
Strong academic background with a J.D. from an accredited law school
Admission to the Connecticut Bar in good standing
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills
