Commercial: 60%

Regulatory: 20%

Regional Projects: 20%

Job Description

This role with primarily support front office teams with on-going deal support. You will play an integral role, negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements.

You will also support business teams with licensing requests and new product launches, as well as offering the latest commercial advice on regulatory landscapes across ANZ and the APAC region.

You will also form part of the regional projects team which focuses on products and services across ANZ and the APAC region.

Requirements

6 – 10 PQE

Education and Law Firm credentials should be Tier 1

Experience In-House and/or Secondments seen as priority but we would not rule out a tier 1 lawyers from practice

Experience ideally across any of the following seen as preferred: digital banking, payments, digital services such as e-commerce, technology software such as SaaS

Due to the exposure of the role regionally, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are required
