A market leading MNC, headquartered in Hong Kong for the APAC region. This is a new and exciting transaction focused role, working on growth projects and across M&A, JV and General Commercial deal flow.
Focus of Work
- Transactions: 60%
- Commercial: 20%
- Projects / Growth: 20%
Role
- You will take the lead on transactional based work, with a focus on M&A and JV related work. You will structure, negotiate and work with deal teams to close key projects.
- You will work closely with senor stakeholders to advise in real time on various agreements such as commercial contracts and operational matters.
- You will support key business units with regulatory and compliance led matters (regionally).
- Your role will require interfacing with group leaders to influence overall project direction.
Requirements
- 6 – 12 PQE
- Open to candidates from law firms and those with a mix of In-House
- Must have a solid background in M&A and with some exposure to Funds / Real Estate based transactions
- Enjoys working in a growing, fast paced organisation
- Understands ambiguity and thrives not dives in this environment
- English & Chinese languages
