Job Description
This is a new role to work at the group level for a Swiss listed business with a focus on various listed company / investment led work.
You will handle all relevant work associated with a listed entity in Switzerland.
You will also work on global projects in relation to risk and compliance, as well as daily involvement in the financing side of the business.
You will support the General Counsel and CEO with on-going advice around investments, strategy and compliance for matters around Europe and Asia.
Requirements
6 – 12 PQE (guideline)
Educated to a high level, ideally with an LLM
Trained and qualified at a Tier 1 Law firm, Capital Markets background (open)
Excited and can handle investment led work
Excited to handle corporate and listed work for the European operation
