Job Description
You will partner with business teams around product development and launch, supporting on a wide range of commercial work from digital development to contractual negotiations.
This role will support teams wit regulatory advice on cross-border transactions.
You will also support business teams with various agreements such as finance and technology contracts.
Requirements
5 – 10 PQE
Excellent education and stable employment backgrounds
Lawyers will have training ideally in a reputable law firm and ideally in a regulatory / TMT practice area
Experience in TMT / Regulation / In-House – all highly desirable
Adaptable and agile to work in a growing MNC and operate as a part of a global function
Established in 2018 and with physical office locations in Hong Kong, Singapore and Spain.
To date we have successfully closed over 150+ mandates across the globe, these include the US, UK, Europe, Africa, Middle East and APAC regions.
