We’re growing, and we’re looking for an experienced estate planning attorney to play a key role in the success of our firm. You’ll be at the heart of our legal operations, ensuring our firm continues to deliver top-tier estate planning services to clients while contributing directly to our firm’s goals. We’ll count on your expertise to guide clients through the estate planning process and maintain the firm’s reputation for excellence. Compensation:
$100,000 – $150,000 (base + bonus)
Responsibilities:
Manage Your Practice: Take ownership of your client matters, from initial consultation to final document execution, ensuring a seamless experience for every client.
Create Customized Plans: Develop, draft, and review both basic and advanced estate planning designs tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Client-Focused Relationships: Meet with clients, listen to their concerns, and guide them through their estate planning journey with clarity and confidence.
Contribute to Firm Success: Work independently to uphold and strengthen our firm’s reputation through your expertise and high-quality work.
Build Professional Networks: Foster and maintain relationships with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals, contributing to the growth and reach of the firm.

Qualifications:
7+ years of estate planning, probate, & trust administration experience
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active TN Bar license
Master of Laws (L.L.M.) degree is a bonus!
Excellent relationship building, leadership, process improvement, and communication skills
WealthCounsel, WealthDocx experience is a super plus
Ability to adapt and overcome in a high-paced, dynamic environment
