They specialise in providing TurnkeyData Centre Solutions, providing services from Design, through to Construction across the full range of Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Services as well as Commissioning.

They are currently Constructing Multiple Turnkey Data Centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight.
We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Legal Secretary to join our client’s growing legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is eager to contribute to their legal department and support its operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the legal team, including managing correspondence and communications.
Prepare and format legal documents, contracts, and reports accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and organize legal files, documentation, and records to ensure easy access and retrieval.
Assist in conducting research and preparing summaries of legal information.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
Ensure compliance with legal procedures and documentation requirements.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role preferred.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proactive attitude and ability to work well within a team as well as independently.
Knowledge of Legal Terminology and Procedures is advantageous.
Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.
