Downtown A-V rated law firm, immediately seeks civil litigation and real estate transactional associate attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience. Candidates with public entity and affordable housing law a plus. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, confident, timely and effective communicator and can efficiently complete multiple projects delivering quality work product.
Individuals that qualify as federal Section 3 individual occupants of Public Housing or recipients of Housing Choice Vouchers or earning at or below 80% of Area Median Income are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
· Must be admitted to practice law in California.
Must have at least 3 -5 years of experience in civil litigation.
· Court experience including law and motion, discovery motions, deposition experience, trial work, including both bench trials and jury trials desired.
Experience drafting pleadings, and other work associated with the practice of civil litigation under very minimal supervision.
Excellent research and writing skills.
Real Estate transaction experience desired.
Affordable Housing and public entity law desired.
