Title Guaranty is seeking a detail-oriented and customer service Signing Specialist to join our Hilo team. The ideal candidate holds a State of Hawaii Notary Public license and will be responsible for witnessing and authenticating the signing of related documents. Duties include but are not limited to:
Provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism to enhance the signing experience for clients.
Able to work with all types of clients and find the appropriate resources to answer questions.
Work with escrow branches to schedule accommodation signing and mobile notary appointments.
Thoroughly review and explain documents during the signing experience to all parties in a transaction.
Review and notarize documents.
Handle mobile notaries as needed.
Comply with all state and federal laws governing escrow transactions and notary regulations.
Requirements:
State of Hawaii Notary Public required.
Previous real estate, escrow and/or related experience helpful.
Valid driver’s license.
Technically proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point) and other computer applications.
Good organizational skills, multi-tasked, able to meet continuous deadlines and coordination between all persons involved with projects.
1 year of general office experience in clerical capacity preferred.
High school diploma or GED.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
