Your new role

Maintain clear communication with clients and team members, resolving queries efficiently.

Draft, review, and format legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.

Manage billing tasks, including invoicing, tracking billable hours, processing payments, and handling queries.

Organise and update electronic files, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date.

Provide administrative support, including diary and email management, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.

Prepare court documents, bundles, and briefs, ensuring they are properly formatted and organised.

Handle confidential information with care and professionalism, adhering to legal requirements.

Foster strong working relationships through regular updates and feedback.

Proofread and edit documents to maintain high-quality output.

Coordinate logistics for meetings and travel plans efficiently.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, ensuring clear and effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Maintains a positive and proactive attitude, adept at managing and prioritising tasks for multiple fee earners simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Word and PowerPoint, solid knowledge of Excel, and a typing speed exceeding 60 words per minute.

Experienced in using document management and billing systems, such as FileSite and Aderant Expert, or similar platforms, to streamline workflow and maintain accurate records.

Highly organised with excellent file management skills, ensuring all documents are systematically stored and easily retrievable.

Collaborative team player, who thrives in a team environment and contributes positively to group dynamics.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently, taking initiative to complete tasks efficiently without constant supervision.
