Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for a legal secretary to join our highly regarded, well-established niche firm within our Court of Protection department.
Based in Hoylake on the Wirral, we represent clients in several areas, including North and mid Wales.
We are seeking a determined and enthusiastic candidate who is looking to work within mental health law and can provide cost-effective administration support to senior fee earners in the departments.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Legal Secretary role at Peter Edwards Law Limited located in Hoylake. The Legal Secretary will be responsible for tasks such as legal document preparation, assisting with legal matters, applying clerical skills, and managing diaries efficiently.
Qualifications
Clerical Skills
Experience in Law-related tasks
Ability to manage diaries efficiently
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
Knowledge of Mental Health and Incapacity Law is a plus
