50 firm located in Miami, FL.

Manage and organize archives on the File site.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and depositions.
Arrange transport of exhibits and materials for hearings and trials.
Process invoices and reimbursement requests.
Provide travel support and logistical arrangements.
Assist with administrative tasks, including billing and mail distribution.
Schedule court reporters and videographers.
File, organize, scan, copy, and fax legal documents.
Assist with printing requests.
At least 3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal secretary.
Litigation experience required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Team player with a professional demeanor.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
*** Hybrid after 60 days – two days remote
