A Law firm with a national footprint is growing its Warranty Litigation Team and seeking two experienced attorneys to join them in defending top auto manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in high-stakes warranty actions.
100% Remote (Must reside in CA and hold an active CA bar license)
No prior warranty experience required — bring your litigation skills and we’ll train you!
Ideal for attorneys with: Courtroom & arbitration experience (motions, depositions, mediations) Excellent writing, research, and negotiation chops Strong academic record & meticulous attention to detail A proactive, collaborative work ethic
Compensation:
Associate (2+ yrs): $150,000–$165,000
Attorney (5+ yrs): $170,000–$ Plus annual bonus + full benefits (medical, 401k, PTO, transit stipend, and more!)
