Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, structuring, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including:
- Master Services Agreements (MSA)
- Software Licensing Agreements
- SaaS Agreements
- Vendor Agreements
- Business Alliance Partner Agreements
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Letters of Engagement
- Managing contract negotiations with internal stakeholders and clients across multiple jurisdictions.
- Supporting RFI/RFP responses and business opportunities.
- Providing legal advisory by assessing contractual risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to address contractual queries and requirements.
- Standardizing processes and templates to enhance legal service delivery.
- Assisting in dispute resolution related to commercial contracts.
