The successful candidate will manage legal, risk, and compliance matters per Fiduciary Rules and AML/CFT/CPF regulations, oversee corporate governance, ensure accurate record-keeping, and update policies in response to legislative changes. Collaboration with MLCOs for effective monitoring programs is also essential. Key responsibilities include ensuring CDD documentation accuracy, maintaining compliance databases, and preparing regulatory returns. Attention to detail and a proactive approach are vital.
The ideal candidate should have an ICA Diploma in Compliance (completed or in progress), experience in legal document evaluation, and a strong understanding of fiduciary law and relevant local legislation.
